Video: Your Diet

After viewing the video below,  what are some of the things you try to do to increase your good cholesterol? What is good and bad cholesterol? 

How does good cholesterol help us?  Is there a benefit with age (having good cholesterol)?  How do we raise our HDL?  

Directions on write up: 

Paragraph 1 should include the topics & important issues of the video. Answer the questions posed above from the video.  

Paragraph 2 should include your conclusion, what you get out of the video & how it relates to you, what changes can you make.

Type in complete sentences, don't text the write up, re-read and edit before you submit.  Always keep a copy of your write up in case it does not go through.    

Each paragraph should be 6-10 sentences.  If you find you are not getting full credit, usually students are not giving enough information in their two paragraph write up.  Write up should be well over 200-250 words. It's always a good idea to take notes during the video. You're doing this alone, so you can pause and rewind if needed. See grading Rubric in Doc Sharing.
