Using Ch. 11 complete the following questions!!! Answer the questions completely; describe, define, explain and give examples.  Short essay answers.  Each question & it's content is worth 5 points for a 20 point assignment.  This is a large assignment, so complete ALL Four Steps.   READ THE STEPS CAREFULLY.  Make sure each Question below is put into FOUR separate paragraphs with headings. 

I don't want a large one page paper, I want a separation with the four different topics from Chapter 11.

1.  The  Health-Related components of Fitness - Define & give example of each component ( Cardiorespiratory, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance & Body Comp )   Define & give example of each component (don't forget example) 

2. What is the FITT Principle  ( Principles of Condition ) - give example or explain each.   (example of time or how long to work out)
3. 3.  Other Considerations with work out - the Warm Up and Cool down.  Explain and give example of each phase. 
4. Treat exercise injuries - what is the RICE principle stand for? What should you do in each phase? List & define
