Assignment 1: Cohabitation

Many couples today are Cohabitating before marriage. Chapter 6 talks about cohabitation and the variety of forms it takes on. 
Your assignment is to write a ONE page paper describing cohabitation and the elements that are involved. Your paper should include items such as but not limited too, what is cohabitation, the number of couples cohabiting today as compared to the past, or societies acceptance of it today versus the past, the impact of cohabitation?!  READING the whole chapter would help before completing this write up. 

Please cite any sources used, if you use the book, include that as a source. If you use an outside source cite that source.  You will get points for your sources, so cite them (even if it's our book, put page numbers used).  

Sending an attachment is ok, ACTUALLY EASIER TO READ!  A full page should be a minimum of 300 words or three full paragraphs.   Please be as insightful as possible.

Directions for grading: 

1. Write what you got from the book or sources about Cohabitation. What is Cohabitation? What percent of households? 
2. Check grammar and punctuation on opening paragraph, has there been an increase?  Whats the impact? 
3. Conclusion of the write up on Cohabitation, what you have learned, check grammar and punctuation. Any changes or benefits you see with you Cohabitation. 
4. Conclusion of the write up, how has this or information in the chapter helped you.   Cite sources.
