Discussion: Intermittent Fasting

There has been a lot of buzz regarding certain diet trends. Intermittent fasting has been a very popular one since 2017. Discuss if you have tried it, or any other type of popular diet trend, and what worked for you and what didn't. Respond to 2 peers. You may learn something new from a new classmate!
