What Would You Do Discussion

Your Decision

You have read the case against Lenny on pages 50-51 in your textbook. What sentence would you give Lenny and which philosophical orientation- retribution, deterrence, incapacitation, treatment, restorative justice or reintegration would you base your sentence on and why. Make sure you respond to one other student in this discussion.
