When to Call for Emergencies

  1. Life-threatening situations
  2. Serious injuries or medical emergencies
  3. Crimes in progress
  4. Fire or smoke
  5. Suspicious activities that pose an immediate threat
  6. Active threat incidents

 

Who to Call for emergencies

  • Call 911 or DPS at 707-580-6526
  • Use Blue Light Emergency Phones on campus if available
  • If off-campus, call 911

 

Please ensure you provide clear details about the situation, including your location and the nature of the emergency.

When to Call for Non-Emergency Situations

For non-emergency situations that still require attention (such as these examples listed below):

  1. General information requests about campus services
  2. Routine maintenance issues
  3. Parking inquiries or minor parking violations
  4. Lost and found items (unless valuable)
  5. Noise complaints during reasonable hours
  6. General safety escorts (use designated escort services if available)
  7. Minor disputes without violence or threat of violence
  8. Power outages or minor facilities issues
