Mid-Semester Survey

This is a mid-quarter survey about this class to help me as the instructor make improvements. Since this class is entirely online, this survey allows me to get student feedback about the course that I might not otherwise have access to. I am doing this entirely voluntarily because I always want to improve my teaching methods and techniques. This survey is not graded.  Any comments you make below will help me make adjustments in this class for the second half of the quarter. There are only three easy questions (and an optional fourth).
